We start with 10-minutes simple breathing practice (yes, it's not mistake!).

Breathing exercises saturate all cells and organs with oxygen. This significantly enhances the healing effect of massage!

Massaging Acupressure Points.

Gentle pressing acupressure points on your feet, legs, back, chest, hands and head activates qi (life force) flow in the meridians.

It reduces energy blockages and rejuvenates the whole body at the cellular level. As a result : you feel emotional and physical relief, most of tension is gone.

Full body oil massage.

Warming up massage with 100% natural almond oil. Improves blood circulation, complexion and skin tone, makes skin smooth and relaxes muscles.

Chinese cupping therapy.

I heat up cups and gently one by one put them on the skin. You will feel tight stretching of you skin, but not sharp pain.
